Message Statuses

The bulk tool displays different statuses to indicate what happened or what is the next step for the messages you upload for processing.

Below is a description of some of the status you are likely to encounter as you use the SMS tool:

Statuses:

a). Sent - Forwarded to mobile operator

b). Pending - Pending sending of SMS

c). Delivered - Successfully delivered SMS

d). Failed - Generic failed message

e). SMS Failure on MNO - Message delivery failed on the mobile operators end.

f). Failed Internally - Message failed to process at Cellulant

g). No route found - No route configured

h). Invalid Network - Invalid network provided

i). Invalid source - Invalid source address provided

j). Created - Created a new broadcast

k). Message scheduled - Message scheduled to sent out

l.) Received - Saved to inbound successfully

m). Issue resolution - Issue resolution status
