Step 1: To report an incident simply click on the "Submit a ticket" button links as highlighted below.
Step 2: You'll be presented with a form to fill. Make sure to fill in all the requested details and don't forget to describe your request in the simplest of ways on the "Describe your issue/question*" field.
Step 3: Click the "Submit" button for your request to be picked up and directed to our very able Service Operations team.
