Step 1: Log in to the respective Cellulant Payment Gateway UI.
Step 2: Once logged in click on "Client Setup" as shown below. This will redirect you to the actual user creation page.
Step 3: From the user creation page click on "Create User".
Step 4: Select the correct "Client" to create the user under. Next, add the user to the correct Group, specify the username, email address and click the "Create" button.
After this is done ask the created user to check their email for a sign in link.
